Blurred Troubleshooting

Use this checklist in order so you do not change several variables at once.

Updated: September 5, 2026

1. Confirm the basics

Check that you installed the current build from the official download page, that your Windows version is supported, and that the PC has a stable internet connection. Restart Blurred after an update rather than continuing with an old process.

2. Launch or login problems

Make sure the installation completed successfully and that no older Blurred process is still running. If a problem started immediately after a Fortnite or Windows update, check the status page and changelog first. Do not assume that reinstalling repeatedly will solve an external compatibility issue.

3. Configuration problems

Switch to a known-good profile. If that works, add your custom settings back one category at a time. This is especially useful for ESP, Aimbot, radar and Triggerbot, where several settings can interact visually or through shared hotkeys.

4. Security warnings

Review the False Positives & Security guide before changing antivirus settings. Verify the exact archive and review the VirusTotal note on the download page. Do not permanently disable security software simply to bypass an alert.

5. When to contact support

When you contact support, include the Windows version, Blurred version, what changed, the exact step that fails and whether a clean profile reproduces the problem. That context is much more useful than a screenshot with no description. See Contact for support channels.

Evidence that helps support

A useful support report answers five questions: what system are you on, what version are you running, what step fails, when did it start, and does the problem reproduce with a clean profile? Include those details before attaching screenshots or repeating an installation.
