Blurred on Windows 10

A Windows 10-specific reference for running the standard single-PC Blurred setup.

Updated: September 5, 2026

Compatibility baseline

Blurred is intended for a 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11 environment. On Windows 10, keep the operating system current enough for the version of the Blurred build you are installing and use the latest published package.

What you need

No or specialised external hardware is required for the standard setup described on this site.

After Windows updates

If behaviour changes after Windows Update, restart the PC, confirm the current Blurred build and test a known-good configuration. Then review Stability and Troubleshooting before changing multiple settings.

Windows 10 troubleshooting order

On Windows 10, start with the same baseline as the main requirements page: current build, current Fortnite version, stable network and a known-good profile. If behaviour changes after Windows Update, test the clean profile before changing application settings. Use Troubleshooting when the change persists.
